Because we operate on a very limited budget as a small shop, we are strictly unable to accept physical returns or exchanges, and we cannot have items mailed back to us. We kindly ask that you review all item descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

• About Our Squishies: Please note that because our cute squishies are manufactured externally, they naturally come with tiny, unique quirks like little dots or minor manufacturing imperfections—making each one unique and special!

• What if there is a problem? If we accidentally sent the wrong order, please let us know right away. While we do not accept physical mail-in returns, we will gladly look into offering a replacement or a refund based on the photos provided!

How to contact us regarding an issue:

• Contact us within: 2-3 days of delivery. (after this period, no returns will be provided)

• Please include: Your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item.
